DIRECTIONS:
1. Mix contents of sachet / 5 level scoops with 250 ml of water and shake well.
2. Add an additional 200 ml - 500 ml of water and shake well.
3. Let sit for 10 minutes before use.
5. Consume within 12 hours of mixing.
Race Fuel can be mixed to your preferred consistency, however Pure Sports Nutrition recommend 750 ml.
