The Gel X Pro Variety Pack features all five flavours from the Gel X Pro range. Each gel provides 29.3g carbohydrates to to support your active lifestyle and enhance performance during training sessions or races.
With a scientifically balanced 1:0.8 carbohydrate:fructose ratio, Gel X Pro optimises carbohydrate utilisation, minimises the use of stored carbohydrates and alleviates stomach bloating and nausea. These gels not only tick the boxes for flavour and fuelling performance, but also for digestibility – there shouldn't be any gastrointestinal distress here, folks.

Smooth and gentle on the stomach, the Vanilla Maple Gel X Pro brings French toast vibes thanks to a delicious combo of maple and vanilla. Each gel delivers 29.3g of satisfying carbohydrates to boost energy levels and enhance your workouts.
To use Gel X PRO, simply tear off the top of the packaging and squeeze the contents into your mouth. The gel is designed to be easily and quickly absorbed with minimal impact on your digestive system.
Each gel contains 120 calories and 29.3g of carbohydrates, providing a quick and efficient energy boost.
Remember to stay adequately hydrated throughout your session by drinking enough fluids. Gel X PRO works best when complemented with proper hydration.
Pre-Workout
Before your activity, about 10-15 minutes prior, consume one gel to prepare your body for the exertion ahead.
Mid-Workout
During your training or race, aim to consume one gel every 30-40 minutes. This will help maintain your energy levels and prevent the dreaded 'bonking' during endurance sports.
