PURE Exercise Recovery contains 15g of milk proteins per serve and naturally occurring nutrients including calcium, potassium, sodium and magnesium. Protein helps build and repair tissue, potassium aids the electrolyte balance, and magnesium alleviates tiredness and fatigue resulting from extended exercise.
