Electrolyte capsules by Pure Sports Nutrition contain the electrolytes sodium, potassium, magnesium, and calcium, plus 30mg of caffeine. These tasteless vegan capsules have no added carbohydrates or colouring and are free from dairy, preservatives and gluten.

Recommended Use
During intense physical activity, consume one (1) capsule with water or PURE Electrolyte Hydration drink every 30-60 minutes. It is safe to take up to 10 capsules per day. For endurance sports, it is recommended to take 2 capsules per hour of exercise, along with 500ml - 750ml of PURE Electrolyte hydration drink.

Please note that PURE Electrolyte Capsules do not provide protection against hyponatremia, heat stroke, or other hazardous conditions that may arise from excessive exertion in extreme heat.
