It’s a concentrated blend, so small doses are all that’s required to get quick results, and it essentially works by treating muscle cramps through the nervous system, rather than the muscle. The formula acts as a sensory stimulant in the mouth and throat, which sends a signal to the spinal cord to block the overactive nerve signals causing a muscle to cramp or spasm.

Prevent
Drink 1 x 20ml QuickFix SHOT or 10-20ml 5 minutes before exercise.
