In a shaker mix 3 1/2 scoops of powder with 300ml of water and/or milk.
Add ice and shake well.
Consume PRIME 12-18 hours before exercise, and RECOVER immediately after exercise.

Hydrate with water during and after exercise, whilst also eating nutritious food throughout the day as you normally would.
