This naturally flavoured ice gel contains 30g of carbohydrates in a 2:1 glucose-to-fructose carb blend. Each gel delivers 200mg of sodium for fluid retention, promotes rapid water absorption and helps to cool the core body temperature.

This product is meant to be consumed exclusively as a frozen energy product. Do not use it as a regular energy gel. When freezing, keep it upright, not flat. Enjoy it like an ice pop!
NOTE: Freeze for at least 3 hours with the top facing upwards (in a standing position). Avoid freezing the gel while it's lying down. When you're prepared to use it, take it out of the freezer, snip off the top, and allow it to thaw for 2-3 minutes before consumption. Squeeze from the bottom to the top.
